I Can Hardly Move

So I've marked one thing off my 2009 Goal List - entering a quilt in a major show.  This week I'll put my list on the sidebar so it will be in front of my face daily, and I can mark things off there.  I'm hoping to accomplish two more items this week.

As for the weight....
I've already lost 3 pounds......twice.  I lost three, gained it back, and now have lost it again.  I'm determined it won't come back this time.  For Christmas, I got (for myself) a few Biggest Loser workout dvd's.  I've really enjoyed them in last month as they sat near the TV.  Collecting dust.  Unwatched.  Until yesterday.

My hubby and I decided it was time to finally take one out of its plastic and give it a go.  So we moved the coffee table in the den out of the way and DID IT!

Was it hard?  Yes, but not impossible.  I could do almost everything.  During the one move I couldn't do, I simple did lunges or marched in place.  I think the workout we did is called CardioMax.  Today we'll do a strength training dvd.  When I woke up this morning, I could hardly move.  I guess that's good?  I mean, I can tell I worked muscles I didn't know I had.  I'm also going on a 1200 calorie per day eating plan this week...more on that later.  Hopefully, by the end of the week I can mark the first 5 pounds off my list!

I never made it up to the studio yesterday.  We spent the entire day working around the house.  We removed two rugs (from den and living room), we moved the den coffee table to the living room so we won't have to move it every time we exercise.  We rearranged the furniture in the living room and decided we need to buy a new sofa for that room.  All in all, we decided to get rid of a sofa, oversized chair, and chest of drawers.  We decided to paint the foyer; we primed it last night and will paint it today.  We even went shopping for sofas and think we've decided on one.  More of all these projects today.

I'm hosting a brand new art bee here tomorrow, so by the end of today we'll have to stop and put things together somewhat for the meeting.  That is, if my body will start cooperating!

okay and when did you eat and sleep? haha Sounds like us, once we get going we can't stop, if we do we're usually down for the count so we have to keep busy. Good Luck with everything.
