On Making a Quilt Sleeve

I don't know if you've noticed, but most national quilt shows are now requiring a quarter inch of 'give' in sleeves for quilts.  In the past we've all stitched flat sleeves on our quilts; but when hung, the front of the quilt tended to bow out where the sleeve was attached.  So we're now having to learn a new way to make sleeves so they poof out a bit instead of being flat.

IQA has a great link on their site that gives excellent instructions on the process.  It even has drawings to illustrate the steps.  Check it out here.
