I spent the morning with a needle and thread. A bit of applique here.
And a finished wool/velvet leaf there.
The rest of the day we were at the football game. I'm glad to be settled in for the evening. Maybe I'll pick up the needle and thread again.
On a totally different subject, we bought new pillows for our bed yesterday. We'd been needing to replace ours for years and finally got around to it. OH. MY. GOODNESS! What a difference! We slept so much better and so much longer this morning! The ones we bought are by Beautyrest: Latex Bed Pillows. Love them! I never knew a pillow could make such a difference. Sorry for that brief bedtime interlude....
